Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched the same day after receipt of payment(within 2 days for items out of stock) and shipped via DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT / EMS / ePacket / Air Mail with tracking number. Please choose your preferred shipment on your order, whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected, your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Delivery Arrangement

We provide door-to-door delivery service for most of our products so that you can enjoy the convenience of one-stop shopping and free gift-wrapping service for most items. 3-5 working days to worldwide via a standard delivery and 7-10 working days via an economy delivery.

Custom’s Duty & Import Taxes

Customers shall be responsible for the customs duty and import taxes, if any, imposed by the local customs authority and should be aware of any banned items. Please notice that different banned items regulated by different countries. If any order is confiscated by the local customs authority of the destination country because of the above-mentioned reasons, we are not responsible for any reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns but all parts must be returned in new condition in the original packaging that the products were shipped in, including any identifying stickers, manuals or manufacturer information. Customers shall be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees and restocking fees.
